Retire from Chief Everything Officer™

The Problem

You make 300+ decisions a week for your family.

What's for dinner. Who's picking up. Where are the permission slips. Your brain wasn't designed for this — neuroscience confirms the "invisible load" activates the same stress pathways as an air traffic controller's job.

You don't need another productivity hack. You need a technological solution to a structural problem.

The Transformation

There are 4 levels of AI transformation. Most moms are stuck at Level 1. This guide unlocks Level 2 for free.

1
Quick Conversations

Using ChatGPT like Google — one-off questions, generic answers, start from scratch every time.

2
Powerful Prompts (RCTF) FREE TODAY

A proven framework that turns vague questions into AI outputs that feel like they were made for your life.

3
Custom AI Assistants BOOTCAMP

Build Aime™ — your AI who already knows your family. No re-explaining your life every time.

4
Connected Automation BOOTCAMP

Aime connects to your email and calendar. Brain dumps routed to your Family Command Center. Real actions, not just answers.

Level 2 Unlocked

The RCTF Framework

Four letters that change everything. This is the difference between AI giving you generic advice and AI giving you exactly what you need.

R
Role: Tell AI who to be — "You are a family meal planning expert who specializes in quick weeknight dinners."
C
Context: Your specific situation. Family size, ages, dietary restrictions, budget, time constraints, where you shop.
T
Task: Be explicit. Not "help with dinner" but "Give me 5 weeknight dinners with recipes and a consolidated grocery list."
F
Format: Tell AI HOW to present it. "List each dinner with cooking time, then a grocery list organized by store section."
See the difference:
❌ BAD PROMPT

What should I make for dinner this week?

→ You get 5 generic recipes. Now you have to evaluate each one, check ingredients, figure out timing. More decisions. More mental load.

✓ BETTER PROMPT

I have a family of four with two picky eaters. I need quick weeknight dinner ideas, preferably under 30 minutes. We shop at Trader Joe's.

→ Getting warmer. AI narrows it down but still gives you generic options to sort through.

✨ GREAT PROMPT — RCTF METHOD
ROLE: You are a family meal planning expert who specializes in quick, healthy weeknight dinners for busy working parents.

CONTEXT: I have 2 kids ages 8 and 3. My older child is picky and doesn't like mushrooms or tomatoes. My younger one struggles with sweets so I need to limit desserts. We shop at Trader Joe's. Budget is $200/week. I prefer meals under 30 minutes cook time.

TASK: Give me 5 weeknight dinners with recipes and a consolidated grocery list.

FORMAT: List each dinner with cooking time, then provide the complete grocery list organized by store section.

→ AI gives you exactly 5 dinners tailored to your family, with a grocery list organized by aisle. One prompt. Done for the week.

🚀 IT GETS EVEN BETTER

That RCTF meal planning prompt got you solid results. But watch what happens when you get more specific with the Role.

Instead of "family meal planning expert," try: "You are Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa." Now your AI doesn't just suggest weeknight dinners — it suggests her style of cooking, her flavor profiles, her approach to simple-but-elegant family meals. Planning a trip? Try: "You are Samantha Brown." Suddenly your family vacation itinerary feels like it was planned by a pro.

The R in RCTF is more powerful than most people realize. In the bootcamp, we take this even further.

Try it right now. Copy that prompt, paste it into ChatGPT or Claude, adjust for your family's details — and watch what happens.

The Limitation

Level 2 is powerful.
But it has a ceiling.

Every time you use an RCTF prompt, you still have to re-explain your entire life. Your kids' names. Their ages. Their allergies. Your schedule. Your grocery store. Your partner's work hours.

It works. But it's still you carrying the context. You remembering what to include. You briefing your AI from scratch every single time.

What if your AI already knew?

What if you could just say "Aime, what's for dinner?" — and she already knew your family, your kids' preferences, your schedule, and what worked last time? No context to write. No blanks to fill in. Ever.

That's Level 3 — a custom AI assistant built specifically for YOUR family. And Level 4 connects Aime to your email and Google Calendar so she can take real actions, plus a Family Command Center where brain dumps, to-dos, and meal plans get organized automatically.

We build all of this in 3 days.
